Meet the Founders

The two behind the shield

Bradley Rogers

Bradley worked in many different industries after graduating high school, unsure of his passion. After serving a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Antofagasta, Chile, he took a job in HVAC and found it. He worked very hard, earned his certifications, and gained experience across the industry — then started his own company, to build a better life for his family and to bring fairness and honesty to heating and air conditioning.

What began as one man and one truck has grown into a full fleet of Rangers serving the Phoenix Valley — and Bradley has been in the field for every mile of it. The culture that defines A/C Rangers comes straight from him: do the work right, tell the customer the truth, and treat every home like it’s your own. Every technician on the team learns the trade the way Bradley practices it — honesty first. When he says “Your comfort is our mission,” he means it!

When he’s not working on A/C units, Bradley loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys Disneyland trips with family and friends, camping, hiking, and fishing.

Stuart Neeley, CPA

Stuart Neeley didn’t come up through HVAC the usual way. A licensed CPA, he built his career in the world of numbers and accountability — starting as an auditor with a Big 4 accounting firm, then serving as Controller and VP of Finance for multinational companies, and ultimately stepping into roles as both CFO and CEO. Along the way, he learned what separates a good company from a great one: the right people, the right values, and a culture built on doing things the right way, every single time.

That’s exactly what he set out to create with A/C Rangers Heating & Cooling.

Stuart knows how to build an office and a team from the ground up — one grounded in hard work, honesty, and treating people fairly. In an industry where too many homeowners worry about being oversold or overcharged, he built A/C Rangers to be different: transparent pricing, straight answers, and technicians who are trained to fix it right, not just ring it up. When Stuart says “Your comfort is our mission,” he means it as a promise — the same standard he’d expect for his own home and family.

And family is what it all comes back to. Stuart’s greatest joy is time spent with his wife and kids — much of it on the sidelines of a soccer match or under the lights at a football game. When they get the chance to get away, you’ll find the Neeleys in the mountains, at the beach, or making memories together at Disneyland.
